Abstract

The accessory has a hand-lever controlled hook shaped nozzle (3) suspended from the pedestal rear and articulating about a horizontal axis (2), and is able to rotate about a vertical axis (1): thus effecting more efficient direction of the water jet (4) and cleansing of the user's body. It is claimed that the arrangement of plumbing, lever (5)(10) and fixings (6) (7) is adaptable for fitting to any model of water closet. Pref. the hand lever (5) (10) utilized to remotely direct teh jet also incorporates a discharge control valve actuator (8) and teh lukewarm water supply heater is thermostatically controlled; heater output at maximum water temperature compensating for calorific losses.
