Abstract

Multi-layer circuits are produced by solely physical and chemical methods, without any mechanical operations whatsoever. These circuits include a certain number of electrical conductors which are insulated from each other and connect various circuit modules with each other. Passive modules such as resistances, capacitances or inductances or a combination of them (to produce a filter) can be produced and attached inside the multi-layer circuit directly during its prodn.
