Abstract

Laminated safety glass pane, esp. a car windscreen, consists of a layer of plasticised, extensible synthetic resin esp. polyvinylbutyral, with a thickness of 0.5-1.5mm, a high crack resistance and a high deformability, this layer being bonded to a sheet of silicate glass and coated with a layer for improving the scratch resistance.
