Abstract

Memory element comprises a plana support, an insulating layer, pref. a polymerisable varnish formed from epoxy resin (pref. epichlohydrin diphenyl N propane), fatty acid and urea formal resin in amt. 10 wt.% of epoxy resin; and several magnetic elements disposed in parallel, with intermediate metal film (pref. Cu) between each element and the insulating layer. Magnetic elements are pref. two layers of ferromagnetic material contg. 17% Fe, 75% Ni, and 8% Co, separated by metal layer, pref. Cu.
