Photoconductor layer comprises cpd. of formula:- (where X completes heterocycle, R1 and R2 are H, alkyl or aryl, R3 is H, alkoxyl, cyano or phenyl, and n = 1-4, R1 and R2 together capable of forming (subst) arylenering). Photoconductors are obtained by reacting polyisocyanates with heterocyclic cpds. containing exomethylene groups in enamine form.
