SEKOITIN ASEPTISIA TARKOITUKSIA VARTENMIXER FOR ASEPTIC PURPOSES

Keksinnön kohteena on aseptisia tarkoituksia varten oleva sekoitin, joka on pyöritettävä ennaltamää-5 rättyyn pyörimissuuntaan induktiivisella käyttölaitteella, säiliössä steriilien nesteiden sekoittamiseksi ja hämmentämiseksi ja käsittäen useita sekoittimen ulkopinnalle sijoitettuja radiaalisesti suuntautuvia sekoituslevyjä sekä tämän sisäpuolelle järjestetyn 10 elimen laakeroimaan sekoitin säiliöseinään.The invention relates to an agitator for aseptic purposes, which must be rotated in a predetermined direction of rotation by an inductive actuator, in a container for agitating and agitating sterile liquids and comprising a plurality of radially agitated agitator plates disposed on the outer surface of the agitator.

On tunnettua sekoittaa suljetun astian sisältämää nestettä magneettisella kytkennällä ulkopuolisen pyörivän käyttölaitteen ja kokonaan erillisen sisäpuolisen sekoittimen välillä (katso esim. US-42092-15 59). It is known to stir the liquid contained in a closed vessel by magnetic coupling between an external rotary actuator and a completely separate internal stirrer (see e.g. US-42092-15 59). At the same time, it is a known problem to clean and sterilize the inside of the mixer vessel. It has been proposed to provide the mixer with radial channels which allow a cleaning liquid, e.g. water or superheated steam, to penetrate the inner surfaces of the mixer 20 and pass past its bearing members.

Kuitenkin voidaan todella tehokas sterilisoin-ti tavallisesti suorittaa vain suhteellisen pitkään kestävällä puhdistusjaksolla. However, truly effective sterilization can usually only be performed with a relatively long cleaning cycle.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mixer which has a significantly improved self-cleaning ability so that sterilization with steam or another liquid can take place in a substantially shorter time.

Tämän vuoksi keksinnön mukaiselle sekoittimel-le on ominaista läpivirtauskanavat, jotka ulottuvat 30 sekoittimen sisältä ulospäin pyörimisakselista suuaukkoihin, jotka on sijoitettu sekoittimen ulkosivulle lähelle edellä olevaa levyä katsottuna mainitussa pyörimissuunnassa niin, että puhdistusneste voidaan imeä kanavien läpi levyn takasivulla vaikuttavan alipaineen 35 avulla. Therefore, the agitator according to the invention is characterized by flow channels extending from the inside of the agitator 30 outwards from the axis of rotation to the orifices located on the outside of the agitator close to the above plate as viewed in said direction of rotation so that cleaning fluid can be sucked through the ducts.

Keksinnön edullisen sovelluksen mukaisesti laakerointielimiin kuuluu akselitappi, joka on keskei- 2 e. o 7 r.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bearing members comprise a shaft pin which is central.

Preferably, the surrounding part surrounds the cylindrical recess at a certain small distance, which allows the passage of cleaning liquid between the cylindrical recess and the surrounding part of the mixer.

Keksinnön edellä mainittuja ja muita ominaisuuksia kuvataan yksityiskohtaisemmin seuraavassa viit-10 taamalla oheisiin piirustuksiin, joissa kuva 1 esittää tasokuvaa keksinnön mukaisesta sekoit-timesta, kuva 2 on osittain leikattu sivukuva sekoittimesta ilman käyttölaitetta ja 15 kuva 3 on leikkauskuva kuvasta 1 linjaa III-III pitkin. The above and other features of the invention are described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows a plan view of a mixer according to the invention, Figure 2 is a partially sectioned side view of a mixer without a drive and Figure 3 is a sectional view of Figure 1 taken along line III-III.

Kuvan esittämä sekoitin 10 on sijoitettu se-koitusastiaan, jonka pohjaseinä 11 näkyy kuvassa 2. The agitator 10 shown in the figure is housed in a mixing vessel, the bottom wall 11 of which is shown in Figure 2. This vessel is intended for use in large process equipment, e.g. Various sterile liquids are placed in a container where they are mixed with a mixer 10, after which the finished mixture is drained from the container.

Sekoitin 10 on laakeroitu hoikin 10a välityk-30 sellä akselitappiin 13, joka on keskeisesti sijoitettu päätyseinään 14, joka rajoittaa sylinterimäistä syvennystä 12.The agitator bearing and drive devices 25 are shown in Figure 2 and include from the bottom of the tank: an inwardly directed cylindrical recess 12 in the tank wall 11, which recess is welded in so that there are no holes or openings in this part of the tank wall. The agitator 10 is mounted by a transmission 30 of the sleeve 10a on a shaft pin 13 centrally located in the end wall 14 which delimits the cylindrical recess 12.

The agitator 10 as well as the tank walls 11 are mainly made of stainless steel 35 with inverted plates 15 and central lifting rings 16. The agitator includes a circumferential portion 17 surrounding a cylindrical recess 12 and a hand • · 3 on / 7 7 ✓ S ~ m · f S-4 burdened permanent magnets number 18, which are in inductive linkage to the same number of permanent magnet 19 with which is disposed a rotor 20. This rotor is arranged to be rotated by the arrow 21 (figure 1) in 5 the direction of a conventional non-shown electric motor, wherein the recess surrounding the mixer 10 operates.

Kuvasta 3 näkyy, että sekoitin on varustettu läpivirtauskanavilla 22, 23, jotka ulottuvat sekoitti-men 10 sisältä ulospäin pyörimisakselista 24 suuauk-10 koihin 25,26, jotka on sijoitettu sekoittimen ulkosivulle lähelle edellä olevaa levyä 15 katsottuna nuolen 21 pyörimissuunnassa. Tällä järjestelyllä puhdistusnes-te imetään kanavien läpi levyn takasivulla vaikuttavan alipaineen avulla. Tällä tavoin puhdistusneste voidaan 15 sekoittimen pyöriessä imeä ohi syvennyksen 12 ja ak-selitapin 13, jonka jälkeen neste voi kulkea ulos se-koittimesta pääasiassa radiaalisten kanavien 22,23 kautta.Figure 3 shows that the mixer is provided with a through flow channels 22, 23 which extend outwardly from the mixer 10 contains the axis of rotation 24 suuauk-10 GE UNIQUE 25,26, which are located near the outer side of the mixer from above the plate 15 viewed from the direction of arrow 21 direction of rotation. With this arrangement, the cleaning fluid is sucked through the channels by means of a vacuum acting on the back side of the plate. In this way, as the mixer rotates, the cleaning liquid 15 can be sucked past the recess 12 and the shaft pin 13, after which the liquid can pass out of the mixer mainly through the radial channels 22,23.

The invention is not limited to the above application, but several modifications are possible within the scope of the following claims. For example, the number of channels and orifices may be larger or smaller. The rotating member of the mixer may be formed in another way.
