Abstract

The invention concerns a control method for a ventilation channel to measure and control air flow to a desired value and a control arrangement for implementation of the method. The method includes positioning of a measurement plate tightly in a regulator 2, whereupon a desired throttle value is sought by movement of the measurement plate and measurement of the difference in pressure on different sides of the measurement plate. When the desired value is found, the required size of the control opening is interpreted from a measurement scale for the measurement plate and a control plate is installed that forms the required opening, sealed in place so that, as required, it can be removed. The control device includes a regulator 2 equipped with a measurement connector and a measurement plate as well as a control plate replaceable with the measurement plate. <IMAGE>
