Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett värmeisole-rat ledningsrör, enligt vilket ett kontinuerligt tillfört 5 rör, företrädesvis ett kopparrör (1) förses med en spiral-formigt löpande avständshällare (2) och omhöljes med ett längsgäende band (5), vilket pä avständ frän röret (1) liggande pä avständshällarspiralen (2) slutes tili ett rör (6) , och i ringrununet mellan innerröret (1) och det 10 av bandet (5) bildade röret (6) införs en plastblandning (16) med skumbildningsförmäga, företrädesvis pä basis av polyuretan, vilken fullständigt fyller ringrummet med skum efter att ytterröret (17) har bildats, och därefter härdar skummet, kännetecknat därav, att 15 a) som band används en pappersbana (5) eller en folie av polytereftalsyraester, vilken pä sin mot innerröret (1) vända yta är belagd med ett släppmedel, b) pappret eller folien efter härdningen av skummet (5) skärs och avlägsnas frän cellplastskiktet (16) och 20 c) till slut strängsprutas en tunn yttermantel (17) av termoplast, företrädesvis av polyvinylklorid.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den genom tvärsnittet av av-ständshällaren (2) bestämda tjockleken av cellplastskiktet 25 (16) hos ett kopparrör (1) med en ytterdiameter frän 15 tili 22 mm är mellan 2 och 10 mm, företrädesvis mellan 3 och 7 mm.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att som avständshällare 30 (2) används ett kommerciellt erhällbart bindegarn som företrädesvis är impregnerat med hydrofoba ämnen, t.ex. vax, bitumen osv.
4. Förfarande enligt av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att pappersbandet (5) med 35 överlappande bandkanter bildas tili rör (6) och bandkan-terna i överlappningen limmas med varandra. Il
