Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för framställning av fiberartat arkmaterial med användning av pappersframställningsteknik, vilket fiberartat material innehäller fibrer, sedvanligt obundet mineralfyll-ämne, sedvanligt organiskt bindemedel för papper och flocku-leringsmedel, kännetecknat därav, att ett homo-gent bad framställs, som innehäller ett materialfyllämne och ett organiskt bindemedel, att nämnda bad destabiliseras konti-nuerligt med katjoniskt flockuleringsmedel för framställning av ett flockulerat bad, att ett anjoniskt bärämne tillsättes skilt för sig i en fibersuspension, att det flockulerade bindemedel/fyllämnesbadet tillsättes härefter kontinuerligt i den bärämnet innehällande fibersuspensionen, och att den sälunda erhällna blandningen transporteras tili inloppslädan för att bilda, torka och efterbehandla arkmaterial.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att fibrerna är cellulosafibrer av god kvalitet (ädla), vilka eventuellt förenats med omcirkulerade fibrer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att cellulosafibrerna blandats med syntetiska högpoly-merfibrer, mineralfibrer eller fibrer erhällna frän regene-rering av cellulosa eller blandningar av dessa.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att det obundna mineralfyllämnet väljs bland fyllämnen, vilka normalt används vid pappersframställning eller i färgindustrin och vilka företrädesvis är taik, kaolin samt natur- och utfällt kalciumkarbonat eller kalcium-karbonat, som erhälls frän tillvaratagningsskeden av den svartlut som extraherats frän kraftmassakoken, speciellt efter kaustisering. 25 6 9 6 6 9
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kanne-t e c k n a t därav, att det organiska bindemedlet i pappers-framställningen väljs bland allmänt använda naturliga eller syntetiska organiska bindemedel, speciellt naturliga stärkel-seämnen eller kemiskt, enzymatiskt eller medelst värme modi-fierade stärkelseämnen, dextriner, polyvinylalkoholer, kasein, djurlim, växtproteiner, cellulosaestrar, alginater och syntetiska polymerdispersioner, säsom latex.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att mängden bindemedel är 1 - 40 viktprocent och företrädesvis 1-25 viktprocent per 100 viktdelar fibrer och fyllämne.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att det katjoniska flockuleringsmedlet i pappersframställningen väljs bland allmänt använda bärämnen, vilka speciellt utgörs av vattenlösningar av polyetylenimin, polyamidamin, bryggbildande polyalkylamin, modifierade poly-akrylamider, polyaluminiumklorid och vattenlösningar av katjoniska stärkelseämnen samt kvaternära ammoniumlösningar, Scisom ammoiumklorohydroxipropyltrimety 1.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknat därav, att den tillsatta mängden flockuleringsmedel är 0,006 - 5 viktdelar, företrädesvis 0,01 - 2 per 100 viktdelar mineralfyllämne och bindemedel.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att bärämnet av anjontyp i pappersframställningen väljs bland allmänt använda bärämnen, vilka speciellt utgörs av modifierade, högmolekylära polyakrylamider och natriumpoly-akrylater.
