Claims (8)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Menetelmä materiaalirainan (1), erityisesti paperi- tai kartonkirainan, purkamiseksi, jossa on va- linnainen materiaalirainan (1) asemoiminen seuraavaa koneyksikköä (2) varten materiaalirainan (1) käsittele- miseksi, jossa on aukirullausasema, joka käsittää ke- lausrullien käyttölaitteella varustetun ensiöaukirul- laimen (3), vähintään yhden toisioaukirullaimen (4) sekä liimaus- ja leikkauslaitteen (5), jolloin kelausrullaa (7) puretaan ensin ensiöaukirullaimessa (3) ja siirron jälkeen edelleen toisioaukirullaimessa (4), ja uusi ke- lausrulla (7) asetetaan ensiöaukirullaimeen (3), ja rul- laa vaihdettaessa liimaus- ja leikkauslaite (5) liittää toisioaukirullaimen (4) materiaalirainan (1) uuden ke- lausrullan (7) materiaalirainaan (1) ja katkaisee toisioaukirullaimelta (4) liitoskohtaan kulkevan mate- riaalirainan (1), tunnettu siitä, että yksittäinen toisioaukirullain (4) on järjestetty ensiöaukirullaimen (3) ja seuraavan koneyksikön (2) väliin, purettavan ma- teriaalirainan (1) asemoinnin vaihtamiseksi ensiöauki- rullainta (3) käytetään asemointia vastaavaan pyörimis- suuntaan, ja materiaalirainojen (1) liitos tapahtuu, uuden kelausrullan (7) tarkoitetussa aukirullauksessa rainan yläpuolen osoittaessa alaspäin, ensiöaukirullai- men (3) uuden kelausrullan (7) ollessa pysähdyksissä tai ensiöaukirullaimen (3) uuden kelausrullan (7) pyörimis- nopeuden ollessa 0-4 m/s.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kun materiaaliraina (1) on leikattu, toisioaukirullaimen (4) käyttölaite käyttää kelausrullaa (7) kelatakseen siihen jääneen rainan pään aukirullaussuuntaa vastaan.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen mene- telmä, tunnettu siitä, että materiaalirainojen (1) liitos tapahtuu ensiöaukirullaimen (3) uuden kelausrul- lan (7) ollessa pysähdyksissä.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen mene- telmä, tunnettu siitä, että materiaalirainojen (1) liitos tapahtuu ensiöaukirullaimen (3) uuden kelausrul- lan (7) pyörimisnopeuden ollessa 0-4 m/s, edullisesti 0-1 m/s.
5. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukai- nen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rainan kiris- tysprosessi käynnistetään uuden kelausrullan (7) tar- koitetussa aukirullauksessa rainan yläpuolen osoitta- essa alaspäin.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rainan kireyden lisäämiseksi ensiöaukirullaimen (3) jälkeen sijaitseva kiristystelan muodossa oleva rainan kiristyslaite (6) painetaan mate- riaalirainan (1) kulkuun.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rainan kireyden lisäämiseksi ensisijaisen kelauslaitteen (1) jälkeen sijaitseva pu- halluselementin muodossa oleva rainan kiristyslaite (6) ohjaa puhallusilmaa materiaalirainan (1) kulkuun.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että rainan kireyden lisäämiseksi ensiöaukirullaimen (3) kelausrullaa (7) käytetään het- kellisesti vastakkaiseen suuntaan.
