Abstract
Elektronisesti ohjattu raskaan polttoaineen yhteispaineruisku käsittää: ruiskurungon (1), sähköhydraulisen ohjausosan ja suutinosan. Sähköhydraulisessa ohjausosassa ohjainholkin (8) ulkopuolen keskellä avautuu rengasura (110), rengasuran (110) keskelle on järjestetty ohjainholkin (8) keskireikään johtava vaakasuuntainen läpimenevä reikä, ja rengasuran (110) kummallekin puolelle on järjestetty tiivistysrenkaat (10) ruiskurungon (1) sisäosan jakamiseksi kolmeen kammioon. Ohjausventtiilin sisäosan (9) ohjainosuudessa avautuu kolme rengasuraa (111), ja toinen rengasura (111) on yhteydessä vaakasuuntaiseen läpimenevään reikään ohjainholkin (8) keskellä. Sähkömagneettinen elementti on kosketuksessa jäähdytyspolttoaineeseen, ja jäähdytyspolttoainepiiri on eristetty polttoöljypiiristä käyttämällä dynaamista tiivistystä, staattista tiivistystä ja tyhjennystä, joiden avulla voidaan välttää tehokkaasti raskaan polttoaineen aiheuttama korroosio ja lämpövaurio sähkömagneettisissa elementeissä; kuristuslaipan (14) yläosan keskellä avautuu upotusura, kuulaventtiilin istukan ohjainholkki (11) voidaan sijoittaa kuristuslaipan (14) upotusuraan, ja se on liitetty välyssovitteella kuulaventtiilin istukkaan (12), millä on tietty ohjauskyky kuulaventtiilin istukan (12) siirtämiseksi aksiaalisesti
