Description
Rakennuselementti Keksinnön tausta Keksinnön kohteena on suorakaiteen muotoinen rakennuselementti, joka käsittää pintalevyn, joka muodostaa ensimmäisen lapepinnan, joka sijaitsee vastakkaisesti rakennuselementin toiseen lapepintaan nähden; ensimmäisellä reunalla olevan ensimmäisen reunapinnan, joka sijaitsee vastakkaisesti toisella reunalla olevaan toiseen reunapintaan nähden; kolmannella reunalla olevan kolmannen reunapinnan, joka sijaitsee vastakkaisesti neljännellä reunalla olevaan neljänteen reunapintaan nähden; ja lämpöeristysmateriaalia ensimmäisen lapepinnan ja toisen lapepinnan välissä.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a rectangular building element comprising a surface plate forming a first flap surface opposite to the second flap surface of the building element; a first edge surface on the first edge opposite to the second edge surface on the second edge; a third edge surface on the third edge opposite to the fourth edge surface on the fourth edge; and a thermal insulation material between the first blade surface and the second blade surface.
The building element can - typically - be an intermediate floor element, an upper floor slab or a lower floor element (floor element). Building elements of the type mentioned above are well known and their detailed structure can vary greatly in practice.
The thermal insulation material in the building elements is mineral wool or glass wool and is intended, as the name implies, to insulate the heat transfer between the opposite shoulder surfaces of the building element.
Although the thermal insulation material also has a sound insulating property, in practice the sound insulation property is modest.
In particular, if the building element is used = as an intermediate floor element, it is generally known = that the sound insulation properties against frame sounds are not as good as is desirable.
In practice, this manifests itself in such a way that in an apartment building the sound moves vertically = from one floor / apartment to another.
Betonista valmistetut ontelolaatat tarjoavat kylläkin parempaa äänieristystä kuin puurunkoiset elementit, mutta myöskään betoniset elementit eivät kykene tehokkaasti N estämään äänen siirtymistä kerroksesta toiseen kun äänen aiheuttaa betonilaatan » yläpintaan kohdistuneet iskut, joita syntyy esimerkiksi kun kävellään = korkokengillä tai kovapohjaisilla kengillä betonilaatan päällä.Although concrete hollow core slabs provide better sound insulation than timber-framed elements, concrete elements are also not able to effectively prevent sound from passing from one layer to another when sound is caused by impacts on the top surface of a concrete slab, such as when walking on high heels or hard shoes.
Tällöin, kun N ylempänä olevassa kerroksessa kävellään, askeläänet kuuluvat ikävinä E 30 koputuksina alakerrassa. © Näitä ennnestään tunnettuja rakennuselementteja on kuvattu o esimerkiksi julkaisuissa US 5 678 369 A ja DE 2020 17104297 U1. D Esillä — olevan — keksinnön — tarkoituksena on tarjota uusi N rakennuselementti, jonka kyky eristää ääntä on käytännössä olennaisesti parempi kuin tunnetuilla rakennuselementeillä.In this case, when N walks on the upper floor, footsteps are heard as nasty E 30 knocks downstairs. © These previously known building elements are described, for example, in US 5,678,369 A and DE 2020 17104297 U1. D The object of the present invention is to provide a new N building element, the ability of which to insulate sound is in practice substantially better than that of known building elements.
Keksinnön lyhyt selostus Keksinnön tavoitteena on tarjota käyttöön erityisesti talonrakennuksessa käytettävä rakennuselementti, joka kykenee tehokkaasti eristämään eri äänilähteistä muodostuvaa ääntä mukaan luettuna askelääntä.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the invention to provide a building element for use in building construction in particular, which is capable of effectively isolating sound from various sound sources, including step sound.
Keksinnön tämä tavoite saavutetaan lajiltaan edellä kuvatun mukaisella rakennuselementillä, joille keksinnön mukaisesti on tunnusomaista, että lämpöeristysmateriaali käsittää rakennusvaahtoa; rakennuselementti käsittää useita välimatkan päähän toisistaan järjestettyjä suorakaiteen muotoisia pitkänomaisia tukirakenteita, jotka pystyasennossa ulottuvat rakennuselementin ensimmäisen reunapinnan ja toisen reunapinnan välillä; tukirakenteet on sidottu toisiinsa rakennusvaahdolla; tukirakenteiden yläpinnat on järjestetty etäisyyden päähän pintalevyn — alapinnasta rakennusvaahdon = avulla; vierekkaisten tukirakenteiden välissä on hiekkaa, joka muodostaa tukirakenteiden väliin ääntä eristäviä vierekkäisiä hiekkakerroksia, jotka ovat alhaalta rakennusvaahdon tukematja joita peittää yläpuolelta rakennusvaahto. This object of the invention is achieved by a building element of the type described above, which according to the invention is characterized in that the thermal insulation material comprises building foam; the building element comprises a plurality of spaced apart rectangular elongate support structures extending in a vertical position between the first edge surface and the second edge surface of the building element; the support structures are bonded together with building foam; the upper surfaces of the support structures are arranged at a distance from the lower surface of the surface plate - by means of construction foam =; there is sand between the adjacent support structures, which forms sound-insulating adjacent layers of sand between the support structures, which are a support mat for the construction foam from below, which is covered from above by the construction foam.
Edullisesti hiekkakerrokset ulottuvat rakennuselementin ensimmäisestä reunapinnasta toiseen reunapintaan, koska tällöin ne tarjoavat parasta äänieristystä yli rakennuselementin koko pituuden.Preferably, the sand layers extend from the first edge surface of the building element to the second edge surface, because then they provide the best sound insulation over the entire length of the building element.
Edullisesti tukirakenteet tukevat hiekkakerroksia sivusta, koska — tällöin rakennuselementin valmistus on helppoa.Preferably, the support structures support the sand layers from the side, because - then the manufacture of the building element is easy.
Edullisesti rakennuselementin laitimmaiset vastakkaiset tukirakenteet sijaitsevat rakennuselementin laidoissa, jolloin ne kovina elementteinä rakennusvaahtoon verrattuna suojaavat rakennuselementtien laitoja iskuilta.Preferably, the outermost opposing support structures of the building element are located on the edges of the building element, whereby as hard elements compared to the building foam they protect the edges of the building elements from impacts.
Edullisesti rakennuselementin tukirakenteet ulottuvat rakennuselementin ensimmäisestä reunapinnasta toiseen reunapintaan, koska o tällöin ne jäykistävät rakennuselementtiä koko pituudeltaan. O Edullisesti hiekkakerroksissa olevan hiekan raekoko on 0 — 4 mm, A koska tämä tarjoaa hyvän äänieristyskyvyn. Mitä suurempi raekoko, niin siitä a huonommaksi muodostuu äänieristyskyky. N 30 Edullisesti rakennuselementin alaosa käsittää alalevyn, jolloin E tukirakenteiden alapinnat on järjestetty etäisyyden päähän alalevyn yläpinnasta O rakennusvaahdon avulla. Preferably, the support structures of the building element extend from the first edge surface of the building element to the second edge surface, since they then stiffen the building element along its entire length. O Preferably, the grain size of the sand in the sand layers is 0 to 4 mm, A because this provides good sound insulation. The larger the grain size, the worse the sound insulation becomes. Preferably, the lower part of the building element comprises a lower plate, the lower surfaces of the E support structures being arranged at a distance from the upper surface O of the lower plate by means of building foam. The base plate improves the handling of the building element LO at the place of use of the building element by reducing the risk of its S breaking during installation, among other things. In addition, the bottom panel can act as an N 35 ceiling when the building panel is an intermediate floor element or a roof element.
Rakennusvaahto vaimentaa äänen siirtymistä alalevystä tukirakenteisiin.Construction foam dampens the transfer of sound from the bottom plate to the support structures.
Edullisesti hiekkakerrosten yhteenlaskettu leveys on 50 - 90 % rakennuselementin leveydestä.Preferably, the total width of the sand layers is 50 to 90% of the width of the building element.
Tällöin saadaan tehokas äänivaimennus iskuja vastaan. This provides effective sound attenuation against shocks.
Keksinnön edulliset — suoritusmuodot ovat — epäitsenäisten patenttivaatimusten kohteena.Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
Keksinnön mukaisen rakennuselementin suurena etuna on, että se kykenee vaimentamaan eri äänilähteistä tulevaa ääntä hyvin tehokkaasti.A great advantage of the building element according to the invention is that it is able to attenuate the sound coming from different sound sources very effectively.
In particular, it provides good sound insulation against body sounds, such as shock knocks, but also provides good sound insulation against airborne sounds.
Se tarjoaa myös hyvän lämpöeristyksen. It also provides good thermal insulation.
Edelleen se on helposti valmistettavissa teollisesti.Furthermore, it is easily manufactured industrially.
Another advantage of the building element is that it is not light due to the sand layers.
On monasti eduksi, etteivät rakennuselementit ole kovin kevyitä; rakennuselementtien paino vakavoittaa elementeistä aikaansaatua rakennelmaa/rakennusta.It is often an advantage that the building elements are not very light; the weight of the building elements aggravates the structure / building provided by the elements.
Kuvioiden lyhyt selostus Keksintöä selostetaan nyt lähemmin esimerkkien avulla viittaamalla oheistettuun piirustukseen, jossa: kuvio 1 esittää keksinnön mukaista rakennuselementtia perspektiivikuvana, kuvio 2 esittää kuvion 1 rakennuselementin pohjaa pienennettynä (50 % pienennys) kuvioon 1 nähden, kuvio 3 esittää kuvion 1 rakennuselementissä käytettyä tukirakennetta, kuvio 4 esittää keksinnön mukaisen rakennuselementin toista suoritusmuotoa perspektiivikuvana, N kuvio 5 esittää kuvion 4 rakennuselementin pohjaa pienennettynä (50 N % pienennys) kuvioon 4 nähden, ja = kuvio 6 esittää kuvion 4 rakennuselementissä käytettyä Q tukirakennetta.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a building element according to the invention in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the bottom of the building element of Fig. 1 reduced (50% reduction) compared to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a support 4 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a building element according to the invention, N Fig. 5 shows the bottom of the building element of Fig. 4 reduced (50 N% reduction) compared to Fig. 4, and = Fig. 6 shows the Q support structure used in the building element of Fig. 4.
Tr - 30 Keksinnön yksityiskohtainen selostus = Kuviossa 1 on esitetty keksinnön mukainen suorakaiteen muotoinen 3 rakennuselementti 1, jota voidaan käyttää rakennuksissa välipohjaelementtinä tai N alapohjaelementtinä.Tr - 30 Detailed description of the invention = Figure 1 shows a rectangular 3 building element 1 according to the invention, which can be used in buildings as an intermediate floor element or N as a lower floor element.
Rakennuselementin 1 pituus on suositeltavasti 5 - 10 m, leveys on suositeltavasti 2 — 3,5 m ja korkeus (paksuus) on suositeltavasti 0,3 - 1 m.The length of the building element 1 is preferably 5 to 10 m, the width is preferably 2 to 3.5 m and the height (thickness) is preferably 0.3 to 1 m.
The interior of the building element 1 has a building foam 8a, which acts as a thermal insulator and binds the structure together.
Rakennusvaahtona 8a voidaan suositeltavasti käyttää polystyreeniä tai polyuretaania.Polystyrene or polyurethane can preferably be used as the building foam 8a.
Sisustaa peittää pintalevy 10, joka muodostaa rakennuselementin 1 ensimmäisen lapepinnan 2. Pintalevy on suositeltavasti ristiin liimatuista havupuulastuista valmistettu useampikerroksinen, tyypillisesti kolmekerroksinen, rakennuslevy. The interior is covered by a surface plate 10, which forms the first flap surface 2 of the building element 1. The surface plate is preferably a multilayer, typically three-layer, building board made of cross-glued softwood chips.
Mainitunlaista levyä kutsutaan toisinaan nimellä OSB-levy.Such a board is sometimes referred to as an OSB.
Instead of OSB, the board can be an MFD board or other compact construction board.
Rakennuselementin 1 pohjassa ei välttämättä tarvita levyä, jolloin siis toisen lapepinnan 3 muodostaa 10 tukirakenteiden 9 pohjapinnat rakennusvaahtopintojen lisäksi.A plate is not necessarily required at the bottom of the building element 1, so that the second surface of the blade 3 is formed by the bottom surfaces of the support structures 9 in addition to the building foam surfaces.
Viitenumero 9 osoittaa rakennuselementissä 1 olevaa pitkänomaista tukirakennetta, joka ulottuu rakennuselementin ensimmäisestä reunapinnasta 4 rakennuselementin vastakkaiseen reunapintaan (ks. viitenumero 5 kuviossa 2). Tukirakenteita 9 on useita vierekkäin välimatkan L2 päässä toisistaan ja ne on sidottu toisiinsa rakennusvaahdolla 8a.Reference numeral 9 denotes an elongate support structure in the building element 1 extending from the first edge surface 4 of the building element to the opposite edge surface of the building element (see reference numeral 5 in Fig. 2). There are several support structures 9 next to each other at a distance L2 from each other and they are bonded to each other by building foam 8a.
Rakennusvaahto 8a toimii siis sidonta-aineena.The construction foam 8a thus acts as a binder.
Välimatka L2 on 300 - 600 mm ja tukirakenteet 9 on järjestetty yhdensuuntaisesti. The distance L2 is 300 to 600 mm and the support structures 9 are arranged in parallel.
Tukirakenteiden 9 lukumäärä riippuu rakennuselementin 1 koosta. The number of support structures 9 depends on the size of the building element 1.
Kun rakennuselementin 1 leveys on 2 - 3,5 m, tukirakenteiden lukumäärä on 5 - 10 kappaletta.When the width of the building element 1 is 2 to 3.5 m, the number of support structures is 5 to 10.
Rakennuselementin 1 vastakkaisissa pituussuuntaisissa kyljissä eli reunoissa 6, 7 on kannattimet 9, jotka suojaavat reunapintoja mahdollisilta iskuilta rakennuselementtiä käsiteltäessä ja asennettaessa paikoilleen. The opposite longitudinal sides, i.e. the edges 6, 7, of the building element 1 have brackets 9 which protect the edge surfaces from possible impacts when handling and installing the building element.
Tukirakenteiden 9 yläpinnat 11 on järjestetty etäisyyden L1 päähän rakennuselementin pintalevyn 10 alapinnasta. The upper surfaces 11 of the support structures 9 are arranged at a distance L1 from the lower surface of the surface plate 10 of the building element.
This is important so that the impacts and sounds applied to the surface plate 1 are not caused to the supports 9 and through the supports to the bottom of the building element 1.
Etäisyys L1 on suositeltavasti 20 - 40 mm, jolloin o siis tukirakenteiden 9 korkeus on noin 20 - 40 mm rakennuselementin 1 N korkeutta pienempi. The distance L1 is preferably 20 to 40 mm, in which case the height of the support structures 9 is approximately 20 to 40 mm less than the height of the building element 1 N.
Pintalevyn 10 alapinnan ja tukirakenteiden 9 yläpinnan 11 N välissä on rakennusvaahtoa 8a. a Suositeltavasti tukirakenteet 9 ovat puisia. There is a construction foam 8a between the lower surface of the surface plate 10 and the upper surface 11 N of the support structures 9. a Preferably, the support structures 9 are wooden.
© Tukirakenteiden 9 leveys on 9 - 70 mm, suositeltavasti 30 - 50 mm. o Viitenumero 8b osoittaa tukirakenteiden 9 välissä olevia 2 hiekkakerroksia. They can be solid wood, N 30 as shown in Figure 3, or a wood-like material (building, plywood, OSB board E or similar board). They can be lattice structures, as illustrated in Figure 5. © The width of the support structures 9 is 9 to 70 mm, preferably 30 to 50 mm. o Reference numeral 8b denotes 2 sand layers between the support structures 9.
Hiekkakerrokset 8b tukeutuvat sivusuunnassa kannakkeisiin 9 N 35 ja ne ulottuvat suositeltavasti yhtenäisinä rakennuselementin 1 ensimmäisestä reunapinnasta 4 vastakkaiseen toiseen reunapintaan 5. Hiekkakerrokset 8b ulottuvat kuvion mukaisesti rakennuselementin 1 koko leveydelle — tietenkin lukuun ottamatta tukirakenteiden 9 viemää leveyttä, jolloin hiekkakerrosten yhteenlaskettu leveys on 50 - 90 %, ja suositeltavammin 70 - 90 % rakennuselementin 1 leveydestä.The sand layers 8b abut laterally on the supports 9 N 35 and preferably extend integrally from the first edge surface 4 of the building element 1 to the opposite second edge surface 5. The sand layers 8b extend as shown in the entire width of the building element 1 - of course , and more preferably 70 to 90% of the width of the building element 1.
Hiekkakerrosten 8b tärkeänä merkityksenä on 5 tehokkaasti vaimentaa rakennuselementin 1 yläpinnasta alapintaan siirtyviä iskuääniä.An important role of the sand layers 8b is to effectively attenuate the impact sounds transmitted from the upper surface to the lower surface of the building element 1.
Hiekkakerrokset 8b vaimentavat tällaisia ääniä paljon tehokkaammin kuin rakennusvaahto 8a.The sand layers 8b attenuate such sounds much more effectively than the construction foam 8a.
Hiekkakerrosten 8b alapuolella on rakennusvaahtoa 8a, joka kannattaa hiekkakerroksia.Below the sand layers 8b there is a building foam 8a which supports the sand layers.
Hiekkakerrosten 8b yläpuolella on myös rakennusvaahtoa 8a.There is also construction foam 8a above the sand layers 8b.
Hiekkakerroksia 8b peittävän rakennusvaahdon 8a paksuus on 20 - 50 % rakennuselementin 1 paksuudesta. The thickness of the building foam 8a covering the sand layers 8b is 20 to 50% of the thickness of the building element 1.
The thickness or height of the sand layers 8b is preferably 60 to 100 mm, but the thickness range may be greater than this, for example 30 to 120 mm.
It is clear that the thicker the sand layers 8b, the more effectively they absorb sound.
Although good sound insulation is desired, very thick layers of sand make the building elements 1 heavy, which is not always desirable.
Hiekkakerroksissa 8b käytetyn hiekan raekoko on 0 - 4 mm.The grain size of the sand used in the sand layers 8b is 0 to 4 mm.
Sen ansiosta, että raekokoalue pitää sisällään hiekkaa, jonka raekoko on hyvin pieni (0 -1 mm), hiekan kyky vaimentaa ääniä on erinomaisen hyvä.Due to the fact that the grain size range includes sand with a very small grain size (0 -1 mm), the ability of the sand to absorb sounds is excellent.
The grain size of the sand may also be 0 to 16 mm, but the damping capacity of such sand is not as good as that of the sand having a grain size of 0 to 4 mm.
Hiekkakerroksissa 8b oleva hiekka on juoksevassa muodossa, eli hiekkajyväset eivät ole sidottuina toisiinsa, koska juoksevassa muodossa oleva hiekka on erityisen hyvää äänen vaimennusta varten. The sand in the sand layers 8b is in a fluid form, i.e. the sand grains are not bonded to each other, because the sand in the fluid form is particularly good for sound attenuation.
Kuvion 1 rakennuselementissä 1 lapepintojen 2 ja 3 välissä ei ole merkittäviä suurempia ilmatiloja, koska rakennusvaahto 8a toimii rakennetta o täyttävänä aineena, jonka tarkoitus on sitoa rakennetta yhtenäiseksi. In the building element 1 of Figure 1, there are no significantly larger air spaces between the blade surfaces 2 and 3, because the building foam 8a acts as a filling material for the structure o, the purpose of which is to bind the structure uniformly.
Fig. 4 shows a building element 1 'according to the invention, which N differs from the building element 1 of Fig. 1 in that its lower part comprises a lower plate a 12'. The base plate 12 'may be, for example, a plywood board or an OSB board.
Lisäksi N 30 tukirakenteiden 9' alapinnat 16’ on järjestetty etäisyyden L3' päähän alalevyn 12’ E yläpinnasta rakennusvaahdon 8a’ avulla. In addition, the lower surfaces 16 'of the support structures 9' N 30 are arranged at a distance L3 'from the upper surface of the lower plate 12' E by means of building foam 8a '.
Etäisyys L3' on suositeltavasti 20 — 50 © mm.The distance L3 'is preferably 20 to 50 © mm.
Kuviossa 4 on käytetty vastaavia viitenumeroita kuin kuviossa 1 vastaaville o komponenteille. In Fig. 4, reference numerals similar to those in Fig. 1 are used for the corresponding o components.
Kuvion 4 rakennuselementissä 1' on käytetty kuviossa 6 2 esitettyä tukirakennetta 9’, joka on ristikkotukirakenne. In the building element 1 'of Fig. 4, the support structure 9' shown in Fig. 6 2, which is a lattice support structure, is used.
Kuvion 4 suoritusmuodossa voidaan tietenkin vaihtoehtoisesti käyttää kuvion 3 mukaista tukirakennetta. The advantage of the lattice support structure 9 'N 35 is that, thanks to its openings, it can enable the sand layers 8b to be obtained more quickly (when manufacturing a building element); moreover, the manufacture of the lattice support structure 9 'does not require as much wood as the manufacture of the support structure 9 according to Fig. 3. Furthermore, if the building element 1 'comprises lattice support structures 9, the height of the building element 1' may be lower than in the case where there is a solid wood support structure instead of the lattice support structure, because the height of the sand layer 8b may be lower. In the embodiment of Figure 4, of course, the support structure according to Figure 3 can alternatively be used.
Kuvion 4 mukaisesti tuet 14” suositeltavasti asettuvat pystysuunnassa tarkasteltuna tukirakenteiden 9 kanssa linjaan, koska tämä on lujuusteknillisesti edullista rakennuselementille 1.Below the bottom plate 12 'is a base plate 13' which is attached to the bottom plate by means of a collar. The base plate 13 'is typically an upholstery board and may be, for example, a gypsum board. The collar comprises a plurality of elongate supports 14 'parallel to the support structures 9 *. The supports 14 'are preferably made of wood or may be provided by a metal profile. According to Fig. 4, the supports 14 ”are preferably aligned with the support structures 9 when viewed vertically, because this is technically advantageous for the building element 1.
Mainitulla tavalla järjestetyt tuet 14’ ja pohjalevy 13? muodostavat useita asennuskanavia 15’, jotka ulottuvat rakennuselementin 1’ ensimmäisestä reunapinnasta 4’ rakennuselementin toiseen reunapintaan 5’. Asennuskanavat 15’ ovat sähköjohtoja, valokaapeleita yms. varten. The supports 14 'and the base plate 13 arranged in this way? form a plurality of mounting channels 15 'extending from the first edge surface 4' of the building element 1 'to the second edge surface 5' of the building element. The installation channels 15 'are for electrical wires, optical cables, etc.
Kuvioiden 1 ja 4 rakennuselementeissä 1, 1° on suositeltavasti — päätylevyt (ei näytetty), jotka estävät hiekan valumasta pois rakennuselementin reunapinnoista 4, 5; 4’, 5.The building elements 1, 1 ° of Figures 1 and 4 preferably have - end plates (not shown) which prevent sand from flowing off the edge surfaces 4, 5 of the building element; 4 ', 5.
The manufacture of the building element according to the invention is not described in detail here, since its manufacture does not present any difficulties for a person skilled in the art. In the following, the manufacture of the building element 1 will be described only briefly.
The manufacturing can take place essentially by placing the surface plate 10 of the building element o on a substrate, such as a floor, after which N building foams are sprayed on it. The surface plate 10 is thus upside down at the start of manufacture, i.e. N inverted as in Figures 1. The amount of construction foam a to be sprayed is such that the height of the expanded and hardened foam is N 30 at least about 50 mm, i.e. the height exceeds the above distance L1. Before E the foam hardens, the support structures 9 must be arranged at a distance L1 from the surface plate 10. After the hardened foam surrounds the lower ends of the support structures 9o, sand is laid on top of the foam. The amount of sand is selected so that the desired height is obtained for the 2 sand layers 8b. Thereafter, N 35 construction foam is sprayed on the sand layers 8b so much that after the construction foam hardens it rises to correspond to the height of the support structures 9. The amount of building foam that passes over the support structures 9 is worked out so that a planar blade surface 3 is obtained for the building element 1, cf. Fig. 2 (showing a view towards the planar blade surface 3 of the building element 1). Also, the hardened building foam, which possibly goes over the edge surfaces 6, 7 defined by the support structures 9 on the edges of the building element 1, i.e. outside (unless an obstacle is provided for the building foam to burst over the edge surfaces), is machined away. The same is true for building foam that exudes outside the edge surfaces 4 and 5. When the building element thus produced is turned (the building element shown in Fig. 2 is obtained upside down, i.e. the building element in its position of use. The same building element can contain both polystyrene and polyurethane, where polystyrene is placed at the highest loads. This is relatively easy to arrange in practice by changing the injectable material above between work steps.
The invention has been described above by way of examples only and it is therefore pointed out that the building element 1, 1 'according to the invention can be obtained in detail in many ways within the scope of the appended claims. Thus, the number and geometry of the support structures 9, 9 'may vary; the exact location of the sand layers 8b, 8b 'in the building element 1 may vary, the material of the surface plate 10 may vary from that shown, etc. The building foam 8a may have a similar molding material instead of polystyrene and polyurethane.
