Claims (12)

1. Menetelmä maitopohjaisen tuotteen valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää vaiheet: a) otetaan maitoraaka-aine; b) muutetaan maitoraaka-aineen kaseiinin ja kokonaisproteiinin välinen suhde alhaisemmaksi kuin noin 0,80, erityisesti noin 0,70, erityisemmin noin 0,60, vielä erityisemmin noin 0,50; c) saatetaan vaiheesta b) saatava maitoraaka-aine, jolla on muutettu kaseiinin ja kokonaisproteiinin välinen suhde, lämpökäsittelyyn, jonka lämpötila on ainakin noin 150 °C, erityisesti ainakin noin 155 °C, erityisemmin ainakin noin 157 °C, korkeintaan noin 0,3 sekunnin ajaksi; d) jäähdytetään vaiheesta c) saatava lämpökäsitelty maitoraaka-aine maitopohjaisen tuotteen aikaansaamiseksi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lämpökäsittely suoritetaan korkeintaan noin 0,2 sekunnin ajan, erityisesti korkeintaan noin 0,1 sekunnin ajan.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa maitoraaka-aine valitaan ryhmästä joka koostuu seuraavista: täysrasvainen maito, kerma, vähärasvainen maito, rasvaton maito, ultrasuodatettu maito, diasuoda-tettu maito, mikrosuodatettu maito, laktoositon tai vähälaktoosinen maito, pro-teaasikäsitelty maito, maitojauheesta ennastettu maito, hera ja näiden yhdistelmä.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa maitoraaka-aine, jolla on muutettu kaseiinin ja kokonaisproteiinin välinen suhde, käsittää heraproteiinikonsentraattia, rasvatonta maitoa, kermaa ja mai-toproteiinikonsentraattia.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa maitoproteii-nikonsentraatti on maidon ultrasuodatuksesta saatavan ultrasuodatusretentaa-tin muodossa.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa heraproteii-nikonsentraatti saadaan menetelmällä, joka käsittää vaiheet: i) saatetaan maito mikrosuodatukseen (MF) MF-permeaatin ja MF-retentaatin aikaansaamiseksi; ii) saatetaan MF-permeaatti ultrasuodatukseen (UF) UF-permeaatin aikaansaamiseksi ja heraproteiinikonsentraatin aikaansaamiseksi UF-reten-taattina.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa mikrosuoda-tuskalvon huokoskoko on noin 0,08 pm.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 tai 7 mukainen menetelmä, jossa mikro-suodatus ja/tai ultrasuodatus suoritetaan käyttämällä diasuodatusta.
9. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa maitopohjaisen tuotteen proteiinipitoisuus on ainakin noin 0,9 %.
10. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, joka käsittää lisäksi laktoosihydrolyysivaiheen.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa laktoosi-hydrolyysivaihe suoritetaan ennen vaihetta c) ja/tai vaiheen c) jälkeen.
12. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä äidinmaidonkorvikkeen valmistamiseksi.
