Claims (11)
1. Menetelmä jäljennösmateriaalin ja toisen materiaalin välistä rajapintaa kuvaavan digitaalisen pintamallin generoimiseksi volumetrisestä datasta, joka sisältää kuvadataa suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksestä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää: hankitaan (403) informaatio joka määrittelee jäljennösmateriaalissa olevan syvennyksen ennalta määritellyt dimensiot; hankitaan (402) mainitun jäljennösmateriaalissa olevan syvennyksen tietokonetomografiaskannauksen tulokset; käytetään (406) mainittua informaatiota, joka määrittelee ennalta määritellyt dimensiot, sekä mainittuja tietokonetomografiaskannauksen tuloksia jäljennösmateriaalin ja toisen materiaalin välisen rajapinnan kynnysarvon määrittämiseksi; hankitaan (602) suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksen tietokonetomografiaskannauksen tulokset, joka jäljennös on tehty samaan jäljennösmate-riaaliin kuin syvennys; ja käytetään (604-608) mainittua kynnysarvoa mainitun suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksen pinnan generoimiseen mainituista suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksen skannaustuloksista.
2. Vaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, joka lisäksi käsittää: luodaan syvennys jäljennösmateriaaliin kalibrointityökalun avulla, jolla on ennalta määritellyt dimensiot.
3. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa mainitun kynnysarvon määritteleminen sisältää: määritetään (404) mainitun syvennyksen sijainti ja orientaatio mainitussa volumetrisessä datassa hahmontunnistuksen avulla; tunnistetaan (405), käyttäen mainitun syvennyksen ennalta määriteltyjä dimensioita sekä määritettyä sijaintia ja orientaatiota, tietokonetomografiaskannauksen tuloksista vokselit, jotka sijaitsevat syvennyksen rajapinnalla; ja lasketaan (406) kynnysarvo tunnistetuista vokseleista.
4. Vaatimuksen 3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa laskettu kynnysarvo on yksi seuraavista: keskiarvo vokseleista joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapinnalla, painotettu keskiarvo vokseleista joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapinnalla, mediaaniarvo vokseleista joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapin nalla, keskiarvo osasta tunnistettuja vokseleita joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapinnalla, painotettu keskiarvo osasta tunnistettuja vokseleita joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapinnalla, ja mediaaniarvo osasta tunnistettuja vokseleita joiden on tunnistettu sijaitsevan rajapinnalla.
5. Vaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa mainitun kynnysarvon määritteleminen sisältää: valitaan (504) kynnysarvokandidaatteja järjestyksessä; generoidaan pinta kullekin kynnysarvokandidaatille; tarkistetaan kukin generoitu pinta syvennyksen löytämiseksi; verrataan (506) kunkin löydetyn syvennyksen dimensioita jäljen-nösmateriaalissa olevan syvennyksen ennalta määriteltyihin dimensioihin; ja päätetään (508) että kandidaatti jota käyttäen generoitu pinta käsittää syvennyksen, joka on dimensioiltaan lähimpänä ennalta määriteltyjä dimensiota, on kynnysarvo jäljennösmateriaalin ja toisen materiaalin väliselle rajapinnalle.
6. Minkä tahansa edeltävän vaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, joka lisäksi käsittää: käytetään (604) kynnysarvoa suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksen tietokonetomografiaskannaustulosten luokittelemiseksi edustamaan joko jäl-jennösmateriaalia tai toista materiaalia; ja generoidaan (608) suunsisäisen anatomian jäljennöksen pinta käyttäen luokiteltuja tietokonetomografiaskannaustuloksia, jotka edustavat joko jäljennösmateriaalia tai toista materiaalia.
7. Minkä tahansa edeltävän vaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa pinta luodaan käyttäen marching cubes -algoritmiä.
8. Minkä tahansa edeltävän vaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, joka lisäksi käsittää kynnysarvon tallentamisen myöhempää käyttöä varten.
9. Minkä tahansa edeltävän vaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa pinta on hammaskaarta varten.
10. Tietokonetomografiakuvauslaite (110), joka käsittää välineet minkä tahansa edeltävän vaatimuksen mukaisen menetelmän toteuttamiseksi.
11. Vaatimuksen 10 mukainen laite (110), jossa tietokonetomografiakuvauslaite on hammaslääketieteellinen kartiokeilatietokonetomografialaite.
