Claims (4)
1. Anordning för överspänningsskydd i mellanledet till en frekvensomriktare, vilken frekvensomriktare är en spänningsstyrd PWM- 5 frekvensomriktare med en icke styrd nätbrygga (10) som ansluts till en växelströmskälla (Ul_i, UL2, UL3), ett likspänningsmellanled och en styrd lastbrygga (12) som alstrar en flerfasig växelspänning (Uu, Uv, Uw) av varierande frekvens, där frekvensomriktarens likspänningsled är försett med en 10 likspänningskondensator med lag kapacitans, varvid nätbryggan (10) är kopplad direkt tili lastbryggan (12) utan nägon stor, som buffertlager för energi fungerande likspänningskondensator med hög kapacitans, och vilken anordning för överspänningsskydd utgörs av en över likspänningskondensatorn parallellkopplad seriekoppling av varistorn (R1) och 15 en halvledarelkopplare (V1), vilken halvledarelkopplares spänningsdimensionering är lägre än likspänningsmellanledets normala funktionsnivä, kännetecknad av, att halvledarelkopplaren kan styras att arbeta i läck- dvs. 20 lavinomrädet när anordningen för överspänningsskydd inte begränsar spänningen över mellanledet.
2. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1 för överspänningsskydd, kännetecknad av, att halvledarelkopplaren är en MOSFET, IGBT, transistor eller annan liknande effektkomponent som täi att kontinuerligt arbeta i 25 lavinomrädet vid läg Ström.
3. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2 för överspänningsskydd, kännetecknad av, att hysteres uppträder mellan effekthalvledarelkopplarens tillslags- och fränslagsgränser.
4. Anordning enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3 för 30 överspänningsskydd, kännetecknad av, att en resistor är kopplad parallellt över effektelkopplaren för att förhindra att den arbetar kontinuerligt i lavinomrädet.
