Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för att forma en eldfast massa, varvid en blandning innefattande en bärargas och medförda partiklar av 5 ett oxiderbart material och ett obrännbart eldfast material mätäs in i en Ström av syre i en flamsprutningsapparat (10; 101) sä att där uppstär en Ström av syre, bärargas, oxiderbart material och eldfast material, strömmen av syre, bärargas, oxiderbart material och eldfast material skickas ut frän ett 10 munstycke (12) pä flamsprutningsapparaten mot en eldfast in-fodring, och det oxiderbara materialet förbränns pä sä sätt att en eldfast massa uppstär, kännetecknad av a) att strömmen av syre mätäs genom ett syrgasutlopps munstycke (21, 211) tili flamsprutningsapparaten vid ett tryck 15 pä 3,45 kPa (50 psi) - 1030 kPa (150 psi); b) att bärargasen har ett tryck 34 kPa (5 psi) - 103 kPa(15 psi); och c) att blandningen av bärargas med medförda partiklar av oxiderbart material och eldfast material levereras i sädan 20 takt att volymkvoten syre:bärargas vid dessa gasers respektive tryck blir 5:1 - 30:1.

Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat av att i det eldfasta materialet ingär ett eller flera av ämnena magnesiumoxid, kromoxid och aluminiumoxid, att i det oxiderbara materialet ingär ett eller flera av 15 ämnena krom, aluminium och magnesium, samt att det oxiderbara materialet utgär 8-12 viktprocent av partiklarna i blandnin-gen.

Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat av att i det oxiderbara materialet in- 20 gär ett eller flera av ämnena kisel, aluminium, krom, zirkonium och magnesium, samt att det eldfasta materialet innefattar ki-selkarbid, och det oxiderbara materialet utgör 15 - 12 viktprocent av partiklarna i blandnlngen. .j.
