COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A) INMUNIZAR ANIMALES APROPIADOS (POR EJEMPLO RATONES) POR LO MENOS CUATRO VECES, CADA VEZ CON 50 A 200 MG DE LH CON UN INTERVALO DE TIEMPO DE 4 A 6 SEMANAS, UTILIZANDOSE COMO COADYUVANTE HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO Y BORDETELLA PERTUSSIO, REALIZANDOSE UNA NUEVA INMUNIZACION CON LAS MISMAS CANTIDADES ALGUNOS DIAS ANTES DEL FUSIONAMIENTO; B) RECUPERAR LINFOTICOS-B A PARTIR DEL BAZO DE LOS ANIMALES INMUNIZADOS; C) FUSIONARLOS CON CELULAS DE MIELOMA; D) SELECCIONAR LAS CELULAS DE HIBRIDOMA FORMADAS SOBRE UN MEDIO DE SELECCION CON HIPOXANTINO Y AZASERINA; E) CLONAR ADICIONALMENTE CULTIVOS QUE CONTIENEN ANTICUERPOS DIRIGIDOS CONTRA LA LH; Y F) RECUPERAR LOS ANTICUERPOS FORMADOS POR LOS CLONES. DE APLICACION EN ANALISIS DE LIQUIDOS CORPORALES PARA EVALUAR EL ESTADO ENDOCRINOLOGICO DE HIPOTALAMO, LA HIPOFISIS Y LAS GONADAS.
