Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE POLIMERIZACION EN SUSPENSION DE MONOMERO DE CLORURO DE VINILO O DE UNA MEZCLA DE MONOMEROS VINILICOS, EN MEDIO ACUOSO, SIN DEPOSICION DE INCRUSTACION DEL POLIMERO SOBRE LAS PAREDES INTERIORES DEL REACTOR DE POLIMERIZACION. CONSISTE EN LA ADICION AL MEDIO ACUOSO DE UN COPOLIMERO RETICULADO, SOLUBLE EN AGUA, FORMADO POR UN COMPUESTO DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO INSATURADO (POR EJEMPLO, ACIDO ACRILICO) POLIMERIZABLE Y UN AGENTE DE RETICULACION DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), DONDE ME ES METILO, ET ES ETILO, R ES H O METILO Y P, Q, R SON 0 O UN NUMERO ENTERO POSITIVO BAJO Y PBQBR ES INFERIOR A 500 (POR EJEMPLO BISALIL ETER DE DIETILENGLICOL), ADEMAS SE AÑADE UN TENSIOACTIVO NO IONICO Y UN INICIADOR DE POLIMERIZACION SOLUBLE EN MONOMERO Y EN AGUA. SE HACE EL VACIO EN EL REACTOR DE POLIMERIZACION, SE INTRODUCE EL MONOMERO VINILICO Y LUEGO SE CALIENTE PARA INICIAR LA POLIMERIZACION.
