CONSISTE EN SAPONIFICAR UNA 3-CIANO-1-ACETAMINOACETOFENONA DE FORMULA (II) CON HIDROXIDO DE POTASIO, HIDROXIDO DE SODIO, METANOLATO DE POTASIO O DE SODIO, EN PRESENCIA DE METANOL COMO DISOLVENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE HASTA EL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION, Y A PARTIR DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION AISLAR EL 3-CIANO-4-AMINOACETOFENONAS DE FORMULA (I) EN LA QUE R REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE HIDROGENO O DE FLUOR; DONDE SE INCORPORA EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), A 30 HASTA 50JC, EN UNA SOLUCION METANOLICA DE HIDROXIDO DE POTASIO, A CONTINUACION SE CALIENTA LA MEZCLA DE REACCION A TEMPERATURA ENTRE 40JC Y LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO, SE ELIMINA EL DISOLVENTE METANOL, SE DISUELVE EN AGUA EL RESIDUO Y SE PRECIPITA EL PRODUCTO FINAL MEDIANTE ACIDIFICACION.
