PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR HIDROLIZADOS A PARTIR DE LODOS DE AGUAS RESIDUALES Y SUSTANCIAS O MATERIALES DE DESECHO ORGANICOS. PARA LA PREPARACION DE HIDROLIZADOS A PARTIR DE LODOS DE AGUAS RESIDUALES Y SUSTANCIAS ORGANICAS SE PROPONE ESPESAR O DESHIDRATAR ESTOS Y, DESPUES DEL ESPESAMIENTO O DE LA DESHIDRATACION, INCORPORARLO EN UN TAMBOR PERFORADO. EN EL TAMBOR PERFORADO DEBE AJUSTARSE EL MATERIAL INCORPORADO, BAJO VAPOR SATURADO O VAPOR RECALENTADO, A 1 HASTA 40 BARES, EN ESPECIAL 1 HASTA 15 BARES. EN ESTE CASO SE RECIRCULA LA ATMOSFERA DE VAPOR Y EL HIDROLIZADO OBTENIDO SE RECOGE SEPARADAMENTE EN ZONAS CONSECUTIVAS EN DIRECCION AXIAL DEL TAMBOR PERFORADO, PARA LO CUAL ESTAN PREVISTOS EMBUDOS DE RECOGIDA. EN EL CASO DEL EMPLEO DE VARIOS TAMBORES PERFORADOS, QUE ESTAN CONECTADOS EN SERIE, SE PUEDE MODIFICAR ESCALONADAMENTE LA PRESION DE VAPOR, INTRODUCIENDOSE EL VAPOR EN RECIPIENTES CERRABLES A TRAVES DE BOQUILLAS POR ENCIMA DE LOS TAMBORES PERFORADOS.
