LA ENZIMA ALFA-AMILASA SE DERIVA DE UN MICROORGANISMO CORRESPONDIENTE AL GRUPO CLOSTRIDIUM SP. ATCC 39251, ATCC 39252, A LAS CEPAS MUTANTES DE LOS MISMOS, O A UN MICROORGANISMO QUE INCORPORA INFORMACION GENETICA DE LOS CITADOS MICROORGANISMOS, QUE CODIFICA LA PRODUCCION DE UNA ENZIMA DE ALFA-AMILASA.
