Abstract

The i.c. engine fuel injection nozzle is secured by a union nut to a hollow holder with an axial fuel inlet and a chamber for the compression coil spring holding the nozzle valve shut. An adjusting member (22) screws into the wall of the spring chamber (13) and has a plate (21) against which the spring end (19) bears. - A tool (25) inserted in an opening in the holder wall engages with the member. A pin (26) fitted in the opening (24) locks the latter so that it cannot turn.
