PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA TRANSFORMACION CONTINUA DE METACAOLINA EN SILICATO DE ALUMINIO SODICO ZEOLITICO.SE HACE REACCIONAR METACAOLINA CON HIDROXIDO SODICO PARA DAR UNA SUSPENSION ALCALINA ACUOSA QUE PRESENTA UNA COMPOSICION EN PROPORCIONES MOLARES DE 1,5 A 5 DE NA2O, 1 DE AL2O3, 1,8 A 2,3 DE SIO2 Y 40 A 200 DE H2O. SE CALIENTA LA SUSPENSION LENTAMENTE A LA TEMPERATURA DE ZEOLITIZACION DE 70 A 100JC, DEJANDOSE FLUIR POSTERIORMENTE EN FORMA CONTINUA A TRAVES DE UN REACTOR DE EFECTO ESCALONADO. LA SUSPENSION SE MANTIENE EN EL REACTOR A UNA TEMPERATURADE 70 A 100JC HASTA QUE EL GRADO DE CRISTALIZACION DEL SILICATO DE ALUMINIO SODICO ZEOLITICO FORMADO, ALCANZA COMO MINIMO UN 80 DE LA CRISTALINIDAD TEORICAMENTE LOGRABLE Y POR ULTIMO SE DEJA SALIR LA SUSPENSION DEL REACTOR.SE UTILIZAN COMO INTERCAMBIADORES DE CATIONES, COMO AGENTES DE SECADO, DE SEPARACION O DE SORCION PARA DISOLVENTES Y GASES.
