PROCEDIMIENTO PARA OBTENER SUPERFICIES METALICAS FOSFATADAS EN BAÑOS DE FOSFATAR NO ACUOSOS.CONSISTE EN TRATAR QUIMICAMENTE POR INMERSION LAS PIEZAS QUE HAN DE FOSFATARSE, DESPUES DE SU CALENTAMIENTO PREVIO EN FASE GASEOSA, EN UN BAÑO DE FOSFATAR QUE CONTIENE HIDROCARBUROS HALOGENADOS DE BAJO PUNTO DE EBULLICION, ACIDO FOSFORICO ACUOSO COMO AGENTE DE FOSFATADO, UN ALCOHOL COMO MEDIO DISOLVENTE Y, EVENTUALMENTE, ESTABILIZADORES, INHIBIDORES O ACELERADORES. EL TRATAMIENTO SE REALIZA SUMERGIENDO LAS PIEZAS POR LO MENOS DOS VECES DURANTE 10 SEGUNDOS EN EL CITADO BAÑO, A LA TEMPERATURADE EBULLICION Y DEJANDOLAS, EN EL INTERVALO ENTRE DICHAS INMERSIONES, POR LO MENOS DURANTE 20 SEGUNDOS EN FASE GASEOSA.
