Abstract

A motor vehicle with a drive internal combustion engine MP (27), which derives the power for starting it from a motor M (40), the shaft of which is permanently connected to a shaft (28) of the engine MP (27) by means of a kinematic chain, the kinematic chain having at least one one-way clutch (36), which causes power to be transmitted solely from the motor M (40) to the engine MP (27), is characterised in that the one-way clutch (36) of the kinematic chain comprises a first element which is rotatably connected to the shaft of the motor M (40) and that it has a second element which is rotatably connected to an inertial wheel (30) which can be coupled to the crankshaft (28) of the engine MP (27).
