SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE LA FIBRA (1), DURANTE LA HILATURA, PASA ENTRE LAS ARMADURAS (6, 7) PARALELAS DE UN CONDENSADOR DE CARGA CONSTANTE, Y SE DETECTAN LAS VARIACIONES DE CAPACIDAD DEBIDAS A LAS VARIACIONES DE LA CONSTANTE DIELECTRICA EN EL ESPACIO ENTRE LAS ARMADURAS, ORIGINADAS POR LA INTRODUCCION DE LA FIBRA EN ESTE ESPACIO Y POR LAS VARIACIONES DE DIAMETRO A LO LARGO DE LA FIBRA, QUE JUNTO CON AIRE U OTRO GAS, CONTENIDO ENTRE LAS DOS ARMADURAS, CONSTITUYE EL DIELECTRICO DEL CONDENSADOR.
