Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DESULFURACION DURANTE LA GASIFICACION DEL CARBON EN EL REACTOR DEL BAÑO DE HIERRO. BASADO EN LA UTILIZACION DE ESCORIAS DE ACERERIA, PRODUCIDAS EN LA FRABRICACION DEL ACERO, COMO ESCORIAS DESUFURANTES DENTRO DEL REACTOR DEL BAÑO DE HIERRO. EN EL REACTOR SE INTRODUCE EL COMBUSTIBLE A GASIFICAR, EN FORMA LIQUIDA O SOLIDA, POR DEBAJO DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL BAÑO, ASI COMO EL GAS OXIDANTE, OXIGENO O AIRE ENRIQUECIDO EN OXIGENOM, Y LAS ESCORIAS DESULFURANTES. LAS ESCORIAS SE INTRODUCEN EN EL BAÑO LO MAS CALIENTES POSIBLE, CONTINUA O INTERMITENTEMENTE, PUDIENDO HACERLO EN FORMA DE POLVO MEDIANTE SOPLADO, POR DEBAJO O POR ENCIMA DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL BAÑO, O EN FORMA GRUESA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE. TAMBIEN SE INTRODUCE EN EL BAÑO AGUA O VAPOR DE AGUA POR DEBAJO DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL MISMO. COMO SUBPRODUCTO SE OBTIENE HIERRO DEL CONTENIDO EN FORMA DE OXIDO EN LA ESCORIA.
