CONSISTE EN INCORPORAR UN CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO DE METAL (EN ESENCIA) LIBRE DE SULFATO EN BASE DE OXIDO MOLIBDENO, QUE CONTINE ADICIONALMENTE VANADIO, FOSFORO Y UN METAL ALCALINOTERREO, CINC, PLATA, ALUMINIO, TITANIO, PLOMO, MAGNESIO, HIERRO, COBALTO, NIQUEL Y ESTA!O. DICHO CATALIZADOR SE INCORPORA CON UN SOPORTE SOLIDO EN BASE DE DIOXIDO DE SILICIO /DIOXIDO DE SILICIO ACTIVADO Y PREFERENTEMENTE EN BASE DE TIERRA DE DIATOMACEAS-AEROSIL. EL CATALIZADOR SE CALCINA A TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 200 Y 400C, TRABAJANDOSE CON UNA MEZCLA DE ACIDO ISOBUTIRICO, AGUA, OXIGENO Y NITROGENO.
