PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL RECUBRIMIENTO DE PIEZAS OPTICAS QUE MODIFICA LA REFLEXION DE LAS MISMAS. SE RECUBRE EL SUSTATO, QUE ES UN MATERIAL QUIMICAMENTE ESTABLE, SIN APLICAR LA ETAPA DE PULIMENTACION DE PRECISION QUE ES HABITUAL EN ESTE PROCESO, CON UNA CAPA DE LIQUIDO QUE CONTIENE DIOXIDO DE SILICIO EN UN ESPESOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 0,1 Y 5 MICROMETROS. SE LAVA EN UN BAÑO DE ULTRASONIDO A PARTIR DE FASE DE VAPOR. SE APLICA ENTONCES UNA CAPA MULTIPLE ANTIFLECTORA, A BASE DE MATERIALES DE DIFERENTES INDICES DE REFRACCION, EN CUYA PRIMERA CAPA PARCIAL CONTIENE OXIDOS DE TANTALO, CERIO, LANTANO, ZIRCONIO O SLICIO.
