SE LAVA EN UN BAÑO DE ULTRASONIDO A PARTIR DE FASE DE VAPOR. SE APLICA ENTONCES UNA CAPA MULTIPLE ANTIFLECTORA, A BASE DE MATERIALES DE DIFERENTES INDICES DE REFRACCION, EN CUYA PRIMERA CAPA PARCIAL CONTIENE OXIDOS DE TANTALO, CERIO, LANTANO, ZIRCONIO O SLICIO.
