PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSO-ALCALINA DE SILICATOS DE ALUMINIO Y SODIO ZEOLITICOS, CRISTALINOS, DE COMPOSICION 0,8-1,3 DE NA2O Y 1,8-2 DE SIO2 POR CADA 1 DE AL2O3, CON UN CONTENIDO EN AGUA QUE DEPENDE DEL GRADO DE SECADO Y UNA GRANULOMETRIA INFERIOR A 50 EN MAS DE 99,5 POR 100 DEL PROSUCTO. CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR DE MODO CONTINUO UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE ALUMINATO SODICO Y OTRA DE SILICATO SODICO EN PRESENCIA DE HIDROXIDO SODICO EN EXCESO A UNA TEMPERATURA NO SUPERIOR A 50 C., SEGUIDA DE CRISTALIZACION DISCONTINUA, MIENTRAS SE INTRODUCE VAPOR DE AGUA QUE ELEVA LA TEMPERATURA A 85-95 C., Y SE AGITA CON AGITADORES DE VARIAS ETAPAS CON ALTO EFECTO DE CIZALLAMIENTO.
