EL GAS PORTADOR ES AIRE PRODUCIDO POR UN COMPRESOR (2) Y ES ENVIADO AL EVAPORADOR A PRESION REGULADA POR UN DESCOMPRESOR (3). EL VAPOR DE LOS COMPUESTOS METALICOS ES TRANSPORTADO POR EL GAS PORTADOR HACIA UN MEZCLADOR (4). LOS FLUORUROS ORGANICO-GASEOSOS QUE SALEN DE UNA BOTELLA SON PRECALENTADOS A TEMPERATURA DETERMINADA EN UNA TUBERIA DE CALENTAMIENTO (6), PASANDO DESPUES A UN DESCOMPRSOR (3''). ES ENVIADO A UN TUBO CON CATALIZADOR (7) Y FINALMENTE AL MEZCLADOR, EN DONDE SE AGITA POR MEDIO DEL EQUIPO AGITADOR (9) JUNTAMENTE CON EL GAS PORTADOR Y EL VAPOR DE LOS COMPUESTOS METALICOS.
