PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN COMPUESTO RESINOSO CURABLE. SE HACE REACCIONAR UN POLIEPOXIDO QUE TIENE UNA EQUIVALENCIA DE 1,2-EPOXIDO MAYOR QUE LA UNIDAD, CON UN COMPUESTO DE POLIMERCAPTO. EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE HACE REACCIONAR CON UNA AMINA O SAL DE AMINA, CURANDOSE A CONTINUACION EL PRODUCTO DE ESTA ULTIMA REACCION. LA RELACION DE EQUIVALENTES DE GRUPOS MERCAPTO DEL POLIMERCAPTO A GRUPOS EPOXIDO EN EL POLIEPOXIDO DEBE SER MENOR QUE UNO. COMO POLIEPOXIDO PUEDE EMPLEARSE, PREFERENTEMENTE, UN POLIGLICIDIL-ETER DE UN POLIOL CICLICO DE PESO MOLECULAR SUPERIOR A 350, Y COMO POLIMERCAPTO UNO POLIMERICO DE PESO MOLECULAR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 200 Y 300. LA REACCION DEL POLIEPOXIDO CON EL POLIMERCAPTO TIENE LUGAR A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 100 Y 140 GC, Y EN PRESENCIA DE ESTAÑO. DE EMPLEO COMO AGLUTINANTE RESINOSO PARA PROCESOS DE ELECTRODEPOSICION CATIONICA.
