SE FORMA UNA SUSPENSION EN ACEITE DE UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA QUE CONTIENE UN MONOMERO ETILENICAMENTE INSATURADO, SOLUBLE EN AGUA, DISPERSADO EN UN LIQUIDO ORGANICO HIDROFOBO INERTE Y QUE ESTA PRACTIVAMENTE EXENTO DE AGENTES AMINANTES SIN REACCIONAR. A CONTINUACION SE POLIMERIZA, MEDIANTE CALOR Y EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CANTIDAD CATALITICA DE UN INICIADOR DE POLIMERIZACION, EL MONOMERO EXISTENTE EN LA SUSPENSION, OBTENIENDOSE EL POLIMERO RESULTANTE EN FORMA DE GLOBULOS. LOS GLOBULOS OBTENIDOS SON DE EMPLEO COMO AGLUTINANTES EN COMPOSICIONES DE RECUBRIMIENTO, Y COMO AGENTES FLOCULANTES, DE SUSPENSION Y ESPESANTES.
