Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de laminados planos de cemento de amianto, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas 1) secar una lámina plana de cemento de amianto; 2) rebajar el contenido en humedad de la misma a un valor inferior al 7% aproximadamente; 3)recubrir la superficie entera de la lámina , en uno de sus lados, con las siguientes capas: a)una película fina de tela de fibra de vidrio u otro tejido sintético fino, impregnada con una resina de fenol-formaldehido; b) una hoja de papel impregnada con melamina; c) una lámina no adherente de hoja de aluminio o de papel de silicona o parafina; d)una capa de poliéster , constituida por una lámina de caucho recubierta con un tejido de poliéster y 4) introducir el laminado resultante en una prensa, en donde se aplican condiciones de polimerización, bajo una presión de 35 a 40 bares, a una temperatura entre 135 y 140ºC y durante un tiempo de 10 minutos aproximadamente.
