Abstract

Un aparato para insertar una aguja de inflado en un panel metálico compuesto acabado de laminar que comprende al menos dos chapas de metal que tienen entre ellas una unión que puede ser rota por inflado, estando adaptado dicho panel metálico compuesto para formar a partir de él un intercambiador de calor que tiene un diseño deseado de pasajes tubulares inflados, estando caracterizado dicho aparato por medios para evitar el desprendimiento o arranque de dichas chapas de panel metálico compuesto después de inserción de dicha aguja de inflado; incluyendo dichos medios evitadores de desprendimiento o arranque un primer miembro de sujeción y un segundo miembro de sujeción, dispuestos para sujetar entre ellos a dicho panel metálico compuesto junto a un borde del mismo en el que ha de insertar dicha aguja de inflado; incluyendo al menos uno de dichos miembros de sujeción una rendija que define un orificio inmediatamente adyacente a dicho panel de extensión limitada y que se extiende hacia dentro de dicho panel desde dicho borde del mismo, estando dicho panel en una zona definida por dicha rendija libre para expandirse mientras que en una zona sujeta por dichos miembros está restringida de expandirse; con lo cual después de insertar dicha aguja de inflado entre dichas chapas de dicho panel, en alineación con dicha rendija, la chapa de dicho panel que se aplica a dicho al menos uno de dichos medios de sujeción se expande solo en dicha zona definida por dicha rendija.
