Abstract

Procedimiento para determinar el índice de fijación de tiroxina en el suero, caracterizado porque la muestra de suero a investigar es mezclada con una cantidad determinada de tiroxina y con una cantidad determinada de una enzima determinable fijada covalentemente a tiroxina, la solución obtenida se pone en contacto con anticuerpos anti tiroxina presentes en fase sólida, se separa la fase líquida respecto de la fase sólida , y se mide la actividad de la encima determinable empleada en una de las fases.
