Abstract
Mejoras en el objeto de la patente principal n1 458.983 por procedimiento con su dispositivo de realización para el precalentamiento del carbón de coque, en un tubo de corriente volante, en el que el carbón introducido al pie del tubo de corriente volante se conduce, pro medio de vahos reciclazados, desde el extremo inferior del tubo hacia arriba y con aportación suplementaria de gases de combustión se le calienta hasta temperaturas de más de 130ºC, para lo cual después del calentamiento del carbón en la zona inferior del tubo de corriente volante hasta unos 80 a 100ºC se le calienta a temperatura de 120 a 250ºC, preferentemente de 150 180 ºC, por medio de un gas de combustión caliente a temperatura de 1200 a 1700ºC, preferentemente de 1400 a 1600 ºC, aportado a mitad de la altura del tubo de corriente volante, caracterizadas en que el gas de combustión, caliente a1200-1700ºC, que se introduce a la mitad de la altura se aportan vahos reciclizados, en cantidad tal que la temperatura de la mezcla de gases en la entrada a la mitad de la altura en el tubo de corriente volante sea de 600 a 1200 ºC, preferentemente de 800 a 1100 ºC.
