Abstract

Máquina para elaborar materiales poliméricos y plásticos viscosos, que comprende: A. un canal anular que presenta paredes laterales opuestas; B. un elemento superficial anular coaxial que forma con dicha canal un paso anular circundado, C. medios que comprenden una abertura de entrada para alimentar material polimérico y plástico viscoso a dicho paso. D. medios para provocar el giro relativo entre dicha canal y dicho elemento superficial en torno a su eje común para mover las citadas paredes laterales en dirección circunferencial desde la abertura de entrada de dicho paso. E. una abertura de salida desde dicho paso dispuesta circunferencialmente en la mayor parte de una vuelta completa a partir de dicha abertura de entrada en el sentido de giro de dicha canal y F. un elemento de bloqueo que comprende una pared extrema y porciones rascadoras dispuestas en dicho paso entre la citada abertura de salida y dicha abertura de entrada en la dirección de giro de dicha canal, estando dicha pared extrema construida para contener el material en la canal para permitir el movimiento relativo entre dichas paredes laterales opuestas y dicho material de la canal, con lo que las paredes laterales actúan para arrastrar dicho material haciéndolo avanzar hacia adelante en contacto condichas paredes contra dicho elemento de bloqueo en dicha canal para su elaboración y descarga, caracterizado porque comprende: un esparcidor (34) de dicha canal (20) separado de dicha abertura de salida (62) en la mayor parte de la distancia circunferencial entre dicha abertura de entrada (26) y dicha abertura de salida (62) en la dirección de giro de dicha canal (20) y provisto de una porción de pared (38) y porciones laterales (40), cuya porción de pared (38) está dispuesta para obstruir la mayor parte de la canal (20) con el fin de recoger el material viscoso entre dicha abertura de entrada (26) y dicho esparcidor (33) para ponerse en contacto con dichas paredes laterales (22) de la canal con objeto de arrastrar el material, haciéndolo avanzar y aumentar la presión del fluido adyacente a dicho esparcidor (34) y dichas porciones laterales (40), estando separado con relación a dichas paredes laterales (22) de la canal según una distancia seleccionada para controlar la velocidad a que el material viscoso pasa por dicho esparcidor (34) por la acción de dicha presión de fluido y la fuerza de arrastre de dichas paredes laterales (22) de la canal para formar en tales paredes (22) capas delgadas (42) de material viscoso y dejar porciones de espacio centrales (44) de la canal (20) libres de material viscoso en las porciones situadas delante del esparcidor (34) en la dirección de movimiento de dicha canal (20) y por lo menos un orificio (46,54) en dicho espacio central libre (44) de dicha canal (20) para permitir el paso de material a o desde dicho espacio (44):
