Abstract

Dispositivo para trocear y limpiar estómagos de animales pequeños, especialmente aves, con una rueda transportadora que presenta en su periferia unas cámaras para la sujeción de los estómagos y que lleva también una cuchilla que penetra en el recorrido de las cámaras, para trocear los estómagos y que cuenta, además, con un dispositivo adosado, para limpiar dichos estómagos, caracterizado porque las cámaras (a, b, c, d) se reducen a partir de la zona de descarga, en el sentido de giro de la rueda transportadora, y porque después de la cuchilla, en el sentido de giro, va dispuesto un divisor que sirve para extender los estómagos y para quitar la callosidad.
