Abstract

Un procedimiento para la obtención de vulcanizados cauchoides cargados con sílice, mejorados, que comprende preparar una mezcla que contiene 100 partes en peso de un polímero de hidrocarbilo vulcanizable y de aproximadamente 5 a aproximadamente 100 partes en peso de sílice, incorporar a dicha mezcla compuestos activos de vuloanización y vulcanizar por calentamiento a una temperatura elevada para producir dicho vulcanizado, caracterizado porque dicho polímero de hidrocarbilo contiene desde aproximadamente 4 a aproximadamente 60 milimoles de grupos epoxi por 100 gramos de polímero y porque dicha mezcla se somete a un tratamiento en el que se cizalla a una temperatura de aproximadamente 100º a aproximadamente 175ºC antes del enfriamiento e incorporación de compuestos activos de vulcanización.
