Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en cojinetes de fluido para sostener giratoriamente eje rotatorios, sometidos a una carga radial en un extremo del cojinete de fluido, caracterizados porque se dota a cada cojinete de, una caja estacionaria; un buje de cojinete introducido de una forma fija en la caja estacionaria y que tiene un ánima interna la cual forma una superficie de rozamiento que define una primera pequeña holgura con el eje rotatorio; una pluralidad de segmentos de rozamiento formados sobre un lado con carga de la superficie de rozamiento en una dirección circunferencial y que definen una segunda pequeña holgura con el eje rotatorio que es mayor que la primera holgura; una pluralidad de cavidades cerradas para fluidos formadas sobre la superficie de rozamiento en una dirección circunferencial y manteniendo una relación de yuxtaposición axial con dichos segmentos de rozamiento y que definen una tercera pequeña holgura con el eje rotatorio que es mayor que la primera holgura; medios de abastecimiento para suministrar fluido a presión medios de estrangulamiento conectados entre los medios de abastecimiento conectados entre los medios de abastecimiento y las cavidades para fluidos; medios de escape formados sobre las superficie de rozamiento fuera de los segmentos de rozamiento y las cavidades de fluido para descargar fluido a presión; y un canal divisorio anular formado sobre la superficie de rozamiento entre los segmentos de rozamiento y las cavidades para fluido, para abastecer fluido a presión desde las cavidades de fluido a los segmentos de rozamiento.
