Abstract

Aparato para el abombado de hojas de materia vítrea, mientras las mismas están en estado calentado, caracterizado porque comprende medios de reacción para ponerse en contacto con la lámina en uno o más lugares para permitir el curvado dela misma en relación con dichos medios, habiendo dispuestos medios opuestos que ejercen fuerza frente a tales medios de reacción; medios para efectuar un movimiento de aproximación relativo de los miembros que ejercen fuerza para aplicar fuerzas de curvado en márgenes opuestos de la lámina para producir el curvado en tal lugar o lugares, y miembros de soporte de lámina opuestos, para sostener la mentada lámina frente al citado lugar o lugares durante tal curvado, estando desplazado al menos uno de los miembros de soporte en relación con los medios de reacción para realizar la separación de la lámina de los medios de reacción durante tal movimiento de aproximación relativo de los miembros que ejercen fuerza.
