Abstract

Una máquina para cerner automáticamente las setas y cortarles el tallo, caracterizada porque se compone de una o más unidades operantes iguales (G) que operan simultáneamente cada una de ellas sobre masas de setas cernadas previamente en diferente grado, componiéndose cada unidad operante: a) una cámara o depósito de carga (4); b) un medio de recogida y transporte (6) que toma; criba y mueve, sucesivamente, entre sí, las setas contenidas en el depósito de recogida; c) un dispositivo (9) para cortar las setas; d) una cámara (11) para recuperar las setas cortadas; e) una cámara de recogida (10) para las partes de desecho que resultan de la operación de corte de las setas; f) un medio de supervición y regulación para el transporte de las setas en posición correcta, de modo que puedan cortarse correctamente; consistiendo el corte de las setas en cortar el extremo de su tallo al que van adheridas la suciedad y las impurezas derivadas de su desarrollo; y consistiendo el cribado en rechazar la progresión de aquellas setas cuyas dimensiones difieren de las que ha dispuesto previamente el cribado automático de la máquina.
