Improvements in the preparation of lubricating compositions for two-stroke engines, characterized in that the composition consists of: 90 to 97% by weight of lubricating mixture, comprising from 15 to 80% by weight of polyisobutylene and/or polybutylene, hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated, of average molecular weight of 250 to 2,000, 0.5 to 10% by weight of unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acid triglyceride, containing 18 carbon atoms, the rest of this mixture being a lubricating oil, and 3 to 10% by weight of usual additives for two-stroke engines.
