Abstract

Un cierre de extremo superior plano para un recipiente de cartón revestido de material termoplástico portador de líquidos, que tiene un cuerpo tubular y que incluye dos paneles opuestamente dispuestos plegados hacia adentro y dos paneles exteriores de cierre opuestamente dispuestos, destinado uno de dichos paneles plegados hacia adentro a servir como un pico de vertido, incluyendo cada uno de dichos paneles plegados hacia adentro una parte de panel sustancialmente triangular definida por líneas de incisión diagonales convergentes y unida de modo enteriza a dicho cuerpo tubular, y un primer par de paneles de plegar hacia atrás unidos de modo enterizo a - y plegados entre- cada una de dichas partes de panel sustancialmente triangulares y los respectivos paneles exteriores de cierre adyacentes, incluyendo dichos dos paneles exteriores de cierre opuestamente dispuestos un panel más corto y un panel más largo, con la parte de borde de dicho panel más corto y teniendo cada uno una línea de incisión diagonal de ayuda a ala apertura formada en el mismo y cubriendo dichas respectivas líneas de incisión diagonales convergentes para formar un segundo par de paneles de plegar hacia atrás entre dicha línea de incisión diagonal y dicho primer par de paneles de plegar, una primera lengüeta de levantar formada en un borde lateral de dicho panel más largo para levantar la parte de dicho panel más largo situada encima adyacente a su línea de incisión diagonal de ayuda a la apertura y el panel de plegar hacia atrás unido de modo enterizo situado debajo de dicho pico de vertido, y una segunda lengüeta de levantar formada en uno de dichos paneles de plegar hacia atrás de dicho pico de vertido para levantar dicho panel de plegar hacia atrás la parte de dicho panel de plegar hacia atrás la parte de dicho panel de cierre más corto situado encima adyacente a su línea de incisión diagonal de ayuda para facilitar la apertura de dicho panel plegado hacia adentro que soporta dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar en dicho pico de vertido, incluyendo dicho cierre una primera capa de material antiadhesivo o "adhesivo" adecuado aplicada a la superficie exterior de dicho pico de vertido y dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar, con excepción de la zona inmediatamente adyacente al borde exterior del panel de llegar hacia atrás unido de modo enterizo situado debajo, que no incluye a dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar, estando dicha parte unida de manera obturante a la superficie adyacente interior de dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar; un segunda capa de dicho material adhesivo adecuado aplicada a sustancialmente la totalidad de las superficies interiores de uno de dichos paneles de plegar hacia atrás de dicho panel plegado hacia adentro que soporta dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar y las de dichos paneles exteriores de cierre intermedias entre dicho primer par de paneles de plegar hacia atrás y dichas líneas respectivas de incisión diagonales de la ayuda a la apertura; y un hermetizante aplicado lateralmente cruzando la superficie interior de la parte de dicho panel más largo de cierre exterior entre su línea de incisión diagonal de ayuda a la apertura y ducho borde lateral en el que está formada dicha primera lengüeta, sustancialmente alineado con el borde libre cortado de dicho panel de plegar hacia atrás unido de modo enterizo situado debajo que no incluye a dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar a fin de situarse por encima y llevar a cabo la desunión de la hendidura entre los bordes adyacentes del panel de plegar hacia atrás unido de modo enterizo situado debajo que no incluye dicha segunda lengüeta de levantar y la línea de plegado formada entre el panel de doblar hacia arriba y el panel superior de cierre más corto, estando terminada la segunda capa de dicho material adhesivo adecuado de dicho panel de cierre exterior más largo en el borde de dicho hermetizante.
