Abstract
Unidad modular para el tratamiento de purines y otros vertidos líquidos residuales. Especialmente concebida para aplicar eficazmente un producto coagulante para clarificación de aguas, la unidad de la invención está constituida por una cámara, dividida en tres zonas sucesivas; una primera zona de procesado biológico-aerobio a alta carga, seguido de una zona de decantación natural, de sedimentación de la mayor parte de los flóculos orgánicos desprendidos del proceso biológico, y que incluye un acceso para el agua decantada hacia la segunda zona de coagulación-floculación, en la que se incluyen medios de aporte de un reactivo coagulador. Esta zona se comunica con una tercera zona de clarificación por retención de sólidos en la que participan dos discos paralelos cerrados con membranas microporosas, dotados de medios de giro lento para los mismos. El equipo incluye adicionalmente una zona de salida (11) de las aguas clarificadas al exterior y una zona de rebose/descarga al exterior de los sólidos impulsados por el giro de los discos, a través de una tronera (12).Modular unit for the treatment of slurry and other residual liquid discharges. La presente invención se refiere a una unidad modular que ha sido especialmente concebida para aplicar eficazmente un producto coagulante para clarificación de aguas, concretamente el registrado por el propio solicitante en el documento P201231530 de fecha 03 de octubre de 2012. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Tratando de obviar esta problemática, el propio solicitante es titular de la patente de invención P201231530 de fecha 03 de octubre de 2012, en la que se describe un producto coagulante para clarificación de purines, que siendo del tipo consistente en una sustancia pulverulenta a base de sulfatos, carbonatos e hidróxidos, presenta la particularidad de estar conformado a partir de una mezcla de Sulfatos de Calcio y/o de Magnesio y/o de Sodio en una proporción de hasta el 60%; Carbonatos de Calcio y/o de Magnesio y/o de Sodio, en una proporción de hasta el 40%; e Hidróxidos de Calcio y/o de Magnesio y/o de Sodio en una proporción de hasta el 30%. Si bien este producto cumple satisfactoriamente la función para la que ha sido previsto, experimentalmente se ha podido comprobar como no existen equipos específicos diseñados para la aplicación de este producto, lo que resta efectividad al procedimiento, y es precisamente lo que ha motivado al solicitante al desarrollo de la nueva unidad modular para el tratamiento de purines y otros vertidos líquidos residuales que seguidamente se va a describir.
