Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción continua de papel crepé liso por un lado con las etapas: - produc ir una banda de papel (16) a partir de una pulpa líquida; - deshidratar mecánicamente la banda de papel (16) en una sección de prensas (1); - generar una textura de crepé en la estructura de hoja de la banda de papel (16); - secar térmicamente la banda de papel (16); caracterizado por que la sequedad antes de la generación de la textura de crepé por medio de una cuchilla de crepado (5) se encuentra entre el 25 y el 45 %, y porque la aplicación de la banda de papel crepada (16) a un cilindro satinador (2) tiene lugar por medio de un sistema de presión que preserva el volumen (3), para el secado y la generación de una superficie lisa por un lado sobre la banda de papel (16), aplicando el sistema de presión (3) la banda de papel crepada (16) con un rodillo blando (10) y un fieltro protector (11) al cilindro satinador (2).
