The 15 electronic equipment and systems necessary to measure the road and govern these work equipment are similar to those currently used in the technique and therefore are beyond the scope of this description.
Cada grupo de trabajo o de bateo, como se puede observar en las figuras 1, 2 y 3, se compone principalmente de un cuerpo principal, denominado chasis (12), que puede 20 ascender y descender a la posicion de trabajo, guiado por un par de columnas (13) fijas a la maquina, mediante el cilindro de bajada de chasis (14). El chasis contiene de un eje (15) principal, sobre el cual rotan dos cilindros interiores (11) del grupo de bateo, dichos cilindros (11) se componen principalmente de un vastago (3) que transmite el movimiento de vibracion y cierre a los portabates interiores (7) a traves de un eje de union (4). A su vez 25 estos portabates interiores (7) rotan sobre un eje (6) acoplado en el chasis. En la parte posterior de cada cilindro interior (11) se acopla un cilindro de vibracion exterior (10) mediante un eje de union (16). Cada cilindro exterior (10) se compone principalmente de tres vastagos, el vastago central (1) transmite la vibracion y cierre del portabate exterior (8) a traves de un eje de union (4). A su vez estos portabates exteriores (8) rotan sobre un eje (5) 30 acoplado en el chasis. Los vastagos exteriores (2) situados en la parte trasera del cilindro (10) son los encargados del posicionamiento de los portabates exteriores (8) en las configuraciones de bateo de traviesa simple (18) o doble (17). In turn, these outer bumpers (8) rotate on a shaft (5) 30 coupled to the chassis. The outer rods (2) located at the rear of the cylinder (10) are responsible for the positioning of the outer bumpers (8) in single batter (18) or double (17) batting configurations. In this way these stems remain fixed to minimize wear of consumable parts.

La figura 5 muestra la senal de excitacion de la valvula que permite conseguir el modo de penetracion reivindicado segun la invencion. Para ello se dispone de dos configuraciones distintas de parametros. La primera configuracion de parametros (20) tiene como 5 caracteristicas principales una frecuencia de vibracion f1=48Hz, y un descentrado de +50% en amplitud que favorece un desplazamiento neto positivo del bate segun el eje x, dentro de un movimiento oscilatorio de amplitud A1=6mm. De forma analoga, se dispone de una segunda configuracion de parametros (21) simetrica a la anterior con la misma frecuencia y amplitud -48Hz y 6mm-, con un descentrado de -50% en amplitud que favorece un 10 desplazamiento neto negativo del bate segun el eje x. Mediante una secuencia de alternancia entre las dos configuraciones de parametros (20 y 21) cada 0,05 segundo, se consigue la superposicion de un movimiento oscilatorio primario de f1=48Hz y A1=6mm con uno secundario de f2=10Hz y A2=16mm, debido a dicha alternancia de parametros.Each cylinder is commanded by its corresponding high frequency solenoid valve (9).
