Abstract

Bomba eléctrica centrífuga y voluta hidráulica para bomba eléctrica de este tipo. Bomba (10) eléctrica centrífuga, que comprende un cuerpo (11) de bomba, con una entrada (12) de aspiración y una salida (13) de descarga, una voluta (16) hidráulica, dentro de la cual está alojado un rodete impulsor (14), y que comprende un motor (15) eléctrico para mover el rodete impulsor (14). La voluta (16) hidráulica está constituida por dos medias carcasas (17, 18) hechas de material de plástico y unidas entre sí con medios de unión (19) y con medios de sellado (20).

En particular, con la invención se ha concebido una bomba eléctrica centrífuga que puede optimizar la conversión de la energía cinética transmitida por el rodete impulsor al fluido en energía de presión, gracias a la presencia dentro de la misma de la voluta constituida por dos medias carcasas hechas de material de plástico, que, además de ofrecer un rendimiento mejorado con respecto a un difusor, ya que está hecha de material de plástico presenta una superficie interna más suave que una voluta idéntica hecha de hierro fundido, y por tanto presenta un mejor rendimiento para el flujo del fluido bombeado.
Es más, con la invención se ha concebido una bomba eléctrica centrífuga que es sencilla de realizar y montar, gracias a la voluta comprendida por dos medias carcasas hechas de material de plástico que pueden realizarse mediante el moldeo de material de plástico usando moldes que son relativamente sencillos debido a que están libres de muescas complejas.
Además, con la invención se ha concebido una voluta para bombas hidráulicas que encaja en una bomba eléctrica según la invención, y que es sencilla y económica de realizar.
La invención así concebida, es susceptible de varias modificaciones y variaciones, de las cuales todas están dentro del alcance de las reivindicaciones adjuntas. Además, todos los detalles pueden sustituirse por otros elementos técnicamente equivalentes.
En la práctica, los materiales empleados, siempre que sean compatibles con el uso específico, y las dimensiones y formas contingentes, pueden ser cualquiera según los requisitos y el estado de la técnica.
