Abstract
Un conjunto que comprende un conjunto (11) de bomba de combustible para alimentar combustible GLP o un combustible similar desde el depósito (18) de combustible al motor de un vehículo de motor, en el que dicho conjunto (11) de bomba de combustible está alojado en el interior de dicho depósito (18) de combustible, en el que dicho conjunto comprende además una brida (1) para soportar los dispositivos y conjuntos (2, 3, 4, 5) de funcionamiento y de seguridad del sistema, en el que dicha brida (1) tiene un orificio (6) suficientemente grande para permitir la introducción de dicho conjunto (11) de bomba de combustible en el interior dicho depósito (18) de combustible y la retirada de dicho conjunto (11) de bomba de combustible a través del mismo sin tener que vaciar primero dicho depósito (18) de combustible; un recipiente (7) para alojar dicho conjunto (11) de bomba de combustible, en el que dicho recipiente (7) está sellado y es integral con dicha brida (1) en dicho orificio (6) en el interior de dicho depósito (18) de combustible, en el que la parte inferior de dicho recipiente (7) está provista de una conexión (17); una tapa (12) para sellar dicho recipiente (7); un dispositivo (13) de fijación para fijar dicha tapa (12) a la pared externa de dicha brida (1) en dicho orificio (6); un tubo para transportar dicho combustible desde dicho depósito (18) de combustible al interior de dicho recipiente (7), en el que dicho tubo comprende un tubo (9) de succión de combustible y un tubo (8) de admisión de combustible; un dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo para interrumpir/abrir el flujo de dicho combustible desde dicho tubo (9) de succión de combustible a través de dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible a dicho recipiente (7), en el que dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo está dispuesto entre dicho tubo (9) de succión de combustible y dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible y es operable desde el exterior de dicho depósito (18) de combustible; en el que dicho conjunto comprende además un tubo (14) de suministro de combustible para suministrar dicho combustible a dicho motor, pasando a través de dicha tapa (12); medios para vaciar dicho recipiente (7), dicha tapa (12) y la sección de dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible aguas abajo de dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo, del combustible restante después de que dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo ha sido cerrado; una válvula (4) de suministro electrónica; un tubo (16) de suministro para suministrar dicho combustible a dicho depósito (18) de combustible; un tubo (15) de retorno para devolver dicho combustible a dicho depósito (18) de combustible; en el que dicho conjunto está caracterizado por que dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo está dispuesto completamente sobre dicha brida (1) entre dicho tubo (9) de succión de combustible y dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible, por que dicho tubo (9) de succión de combustible tiene un extremo conectado a dicho depósito (18) de combustible y un extremo conectado en dicha brida (1) a dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo, para transportar dicho combustible desde dicho depósito (18) de combustible al interior de dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible, y por que dicho tubo (8) de admisión de combustible tiene un extremo conectado en dicha brida (1) a dicho dispositivo (10; 4) de interrupción de flujo y un extremo fijado a dicha conexión (17), para transportar dicho combustible desde dicho tubo (9) de succión de combustible al interior de dicho recipiente (7), de manera que el conjunto (11) de bomba pueda ser retirado desde dicho depósito (18) de combustible una vez que el flujo de combustible al recipiente (7) ha sido interrumpido y después de haber drenado dicho combustible restante.
